摘  要:本文将平板微热管阵列应用于锂电池散热,利用Fluent软件模拟电池单体及电池模块的温度场,结果表明:随着放电倍率的增加,电池产热量急剧增加,在自然对流条件下,电池单体以2C运行结束最高温度可达55.90℃;平板微热管阵列的应用可以有效降低电池模块温度和温差,电池模块以高倍率2C运行时,采用12根平板微热管阵列对称布置散热可使电池模块的最高温度降低12.34℃,温差减小3.81℃;微热管阵列对称布置可有效降低电池模块的温度不均匀性。The flat micro heat pipe array to the heat dissipation of lithium battery is applied in this papaer,and the Fluent software is used to simulate the temperature field of battery cell and battery module.The results show that with the increase of the discharge rate,the heat produced by the battery increases sharply.The maximum temperature of the battery cell working at 2C can reach 55.90℃under natural convection.The application of the flat micro heat pipe array can reduce the maximum temperature and improve the temperature uniformity characteristics of the battery module significantly.When the battery module operates at a high rate of 2C,the maximum temperature can be reduced by 12.34℃and the temperature difference can be reduced by 3.81℃by using the symmetrical arrangement of the array of 12 flat micro heat pipes for heat dissipation.The symmetrical arrangement of the micro heat pipe array can effectively reduce the temperature non-uniformity of battery module.
