摘 要:为了研究居民建筑多联机系统的能效分区评价标准,本文对我国五大气候区的同一居民建筑多联机进行仿真,发现不同地区多联机负荷与工作时长差异明显。结果显示,夏热冬暖地区冷负荷高于热负荷,其他城市则热负荷较高,同一气候区内也存在个别城市负荷出现较大波动。从严寒地区到夏热冬暖地区,制热性能系数(COP)逐渐减少,制冷COP逐渐增大,寒冷地区全年能源消耗效率(APF)数值最大,为1.19,夏热冬暖地区APF数值最低,为0.71。从分析过程中还发现采用不同能效指标和建筑类型将对分区评价的结果将产生影响,并提出了针对气候区分区评价的建议。In order to explore the energy efficiency evaluation standard of the Variable Refrigerant Flow(VRF)system of residential buildings in different regions,the VRF system of the same residential building in the five major climate regions in China is simulated,it is found that the VRF load and working hours in different regions are significantly different.The cooling load in hot summer and warm winter is higher than the heating load,while the heating load in other cities is higher,In the same climate region,there are also some cities with large fluctuations in load.From the severe cold area to the hot summer and warm winter area,the heating coefficient of performance(COP)gradually decreases,and the cooling COP gradually increases.The annual performance factor(APF)value in the cold area is the largest,which is 1.19,and the APF value in the hot summer and warm winter area is the lowest,which is 0.71.From the analysis process,it is also found that the use of different energy efficiency indicators and building types will have an impact on the results of the regional evaluation,and the recommendations for the regional evaluation of the climate zone are put forward.
