摘 要:为了研究微通道换热器的性能特性,本文将微通道换热器替代翅片管式换热器应用于家用热泵型空调器中进行实验对比分析,实验结果表明:保证同样的制冷能力下,微通道换热器空调器的制冷剂充注量减少9%。微通道换热器空调器制冷能力在额定制冷和中温制冷工况下分别增加了1.0%、1.2%;制热能力在额定制热、额定除霜和低温制热工况下增加了1.9%、2.9%、2.5%。微通道换热器空调器在结霜/除霜周期内性能系数(COP)增加了8.6%;除霜周期比翅片管式换热器缩短了28 min,表明微通道换热器空调器除霜更频繁。In order to the performance characteristics of microchannel heat exchanger,microchannel heat exchanger is used in household heat pump type air conditioner instead of finned-tube heat exchanger for comparative analysis.The test results show that:under the same refrigeration capacity,the refrigerant charging amount of microchannel heat exchanger air conditioner is reduced by 10%.The refrigeration capacity of microchannel heat exchanger air conditioner is increased by 1.0%,1.2%under the rated refrigeration and medium temperature refrigeration conditions.The heating capacity is increased by 1.9%,2.9%and 2.5%under rated heating,defrosting and low temperature conditions.The coefficient of performance(COP)of microchannel heat exchanger air conditioner increased by 8.6%in the frosting/defrosting cycle.but defrost is more frequent,the defrost cycle is 28 minutes shorter than that of finned-tube heat exchangers.
