摘  要:通过剖析“双碳”约束下的全球油气行业发展趋势及中国油气行业面临的形势和挑战,建立油气开发技术系统动力学方法,对面向2035年的油气开发前沿工程技术进行研究,揭示油气开发技术发展规律和发展方向。结果表明:面对能源转型大趋势、油气开发新领域,要加快构建新一代油气开发工程技术体系;重点攻关特高含水期中高渗砂岩大幅提高采收率技术、稠油油藏绿色低成本有效开发技术、陆相致密油气有效动用与提高采收率技术、页岩油气大幅度提高单井EUR技术、深层油气安全有效开发技术、新型钻完井技术及油气绿色低碳技术,推动油气开发工程技术的迭代升级,支撑“稳油、增气、降本和绿色智能”目标;要加强分子采油、纳米智能驱油、生物工程、地下原位转化及智能化等基础理论和技术研究,实现油气规模化、效益化、绿色化开发。The development trend of the global oil and gas industry and the challenges of China s oil and gas industry under the constraint of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal were analyzed.A system dynamics method for oil and gas development technology was established to study the engineering technology for oil and gas development towards 2035,and the development direction of oil and gas development technology was proposed.The results indicate that it is necessary to construct a new generation of oil and gas development engineering technology system,when facing the energy transformation and new fields of oil and gas development.Key technologies for improving oil recovery of medium and high permeability sandstone in ultra-high water cut period,green and low-cost effective development technology of heavy oil reservoirs,effective production and enhanced oil recovery technology of continental tight oil and gas,improving single well EUR technology of Shale oil gas,effective development technology of deep oil and gas,new drilling and completion technology,and green and low-carbon technology of oil and gas need to be researched,which support the goals of"stabilizing oil,increasing gas,reducing costs,and green intelligence".We also need to strengthen basic theoretical and technological research on molecular oil recovery,nano intelligent oil displacement,bioengineering,underground in-situ transformation,and intelligence,in order to achieve large-scale,cost-effective,and green development of oil and gas.
