基于商业模式创新的企业数字化转型程度的分析研究

摘　　要：基于人工智能、区块链、云计算、大数据和商业模式创新的维度,构建了企业数字化词典和数字化转型定量测度的指标体系,并以G公司为例,探讨了数字化转型的程度。文中得出G公司已逐渐进入数字化转型之路的结论,并指出G公司未来数字化转型还需要关注的方向。Based on the artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing,big data,and business model innovation,this article has established a dictionary of digitization for enterprises and an index system for quantitatively measuring of digital transformation.Furthermore,taking Company G as an example,the digitization degree of digital technology and application is discussed.The conclusion shows that Company G has embarked on the path of digital transformation.Besides,what the company needs to pay attention to has been pointed out for its future digital transformation.
