摘　　要：重罪案件适用认罪认罚从宽制度,是改革探索的深水区,也是真正实现认罪认罚全覆盖的关键。而“重刑案件”是重罪案件的“重中之重”。因此,应当通过界定重刑案件的范围,厘清认罪认罚适用现状,科学设置适用程序,在司法实践中进一步完善认罪认罚从宽制度,发挥其更大效能。The leniency system for pleading guilty and willingness to be punished in felony cases is a subtle issue in reformation and exploration.Furthermore,it is also the key to the actual full coverage of the leniency system.Aggravated criminal case'are the top priority of felony cases.Accordingly,judicial officers should define the scope of aggravated criminal cases,clarify the current circumstances for the application of the leniency system,scientifically set up its applicable procedures,and further improve the system in judicial practice so as to maximize its effectiveness.
