摘　　要：针对某燃气轮机调峰电厂LM5000 STIG蒸汽回注式燃气轮机发电机组监控系统设备老化现状,提出了一种基于西门子PCS7的监控系统升级改造方案,介绍了系统的网络架构、硬件配置和控制软件设计方法,详细分析了燃机启动供油数据的实测方法以及发电机组从启动、慢车到并网发电全过程的燃油控制策略。实际运行结果表明,系统技术先进、性能稳定、维护方便,取得了良好的改造效果,可为今后使用标准工业软硬件进行燃气轮机控制提供一定的借鉴。Aiming at the aging status of the monitoring system equipment of the LM5000 STIG steam re-injection gas turbine generator set in a gas turbine peak-shaving power plant,a monitoring system upgrade plan based on Siemens PCS7 was proposed,and the network architecture,hardware configuration and control software design method of the system were introduced in the paper.The actual measurement method of fuel supply data for gas turbine startup and the fuel control strategy for the whole process from startup,idle to grid-connected power generation of the generator set are analyzed in detail.The actual operation results show that the system is advanced in technology,stable in performance,convenient in maintenance,and has achieved a good transformation effect,which can provide some reference and guidance for the use of standard industrial software and hardware for gas turbine control in the future.
