摘　　要：《直到我找到你》是美国当代作家约翰·欧文从第三人称有限视角进行叙述的一部自传性长篇小说。欧文运用不可靠叙述视角,独具匠心地塑造了父亲与母亲两个复杂多变的主要人物形象。在儿童叙述视角、成人叙述视角、图像叙述视角等不同叙述视角中,父母形象呈现出不同的性格特征和精神面貌,经历了从“慈母恶父”的建构、解构与重构的认知轨迹,对人的认知能力和判断能力进行诊断,探索并试图对人类走出痛苦困境开出一剂良方。Until I Find You is John Irving's autobiographic novel narrated in the third person limited view.Using unreliable narrative perspective,with an inventive mind,Irving has ingeniously constructed the complex and changeable two images of two major characters,father and mother.The parents in the novel are presented with different traits of character and spiritual outlook from such different narrative perspectives as a child's narrative perspective,an adult's narrative perspective,and image narrative perspective.The narration sketches the cognitive trajectory from the construction to the deconstruction and then to the reconstruction of the images of “a loving mother and a vice father”,which diagnoses and explores people's cognitive and judgement ability,trying to find a good way for people to get out of their plight.
