浅析《审视瑶函》论治小儿眼病

摘　　要：《审视瑶函》由明代医家傅仁宇纂辑,该书详细阐述了眼科基础理论、眼科病症、常用方剂、外治法等,具有重要的应用价值。傅仁宇将小儿眼病的病因概括为“胎毒”与饮食内伤致病,并结合五轮学说,论小儿眼病的病机,强调在遣方用药时,不宜过用攻伐,同时应顾护小儿脾胃,并选择适宜小儿的煎服方法。吴宁玲根据“胎毒”学说,结合临床实践经验,认为风毒、热毒、湿毒是引起小儿眼病的常见原因。临床治疗需准确辨证,结合《审视瑶函》的用药原则可取得满意疗效。Shenshi Yaohan was edited by FU Renyu,a physician in the Ming Dynasty.The book elaborated on the basic theories of ophthalmology,ophthalmological diseases,common pre⁃scriptions,external treatments,etc.,which has great value for discovery and application.FU Re⁃nyu not only summarized the etiology of pediatric eye diseases as"fetal poison"and internal in⁃jury,but also described the pathogenesis in details combining the five wheels theory.FU Renyu emphasized not to overuse the medicine,but to take care of spleen and stomach,and selected the suitable decoction method for children.Based on the theory of"fetal poison"and clinical experi⁃ence,WU Ningling summarized that wind poison,heat poison and damp poison are the common causes of pediatric eye diseases.Clinical treatment requires accurate differentiation of symptoms,and when combined with the medication principles from Shenshi Yaohan,satisfactory therapeutic effects can be achieved.
