摘  要:为了开发吸湿快干且兼具抗菌作用的复合功能性面料,采用抗菌环保的艾草/棉混纺纱与吸湿快干的Coolmax纯纺纱进行交织,设计织造了9种不同工艺的织物。通过抗菌测试发现:相较于Coolmax/棉织物,随着艾草组分含量的增加,织物对大肠埃希菌的抑制作用增强,最高抑菌率为84.6%;通过热湿舒适性指标测试可见,织物具有良好的吸湿快干性能;通过导热系数测试得出,8^(#)织物的散热性能最好;通过抗皱性能测试得出,Coolmax增强了面料的保形性。综合对比发现,8^(#)织物的综合性能最优,适宜开发夏季服装面料。To develop a composite functional fabric that combines moisture absorption,fast drying,and antibacterial properties,9 types of fabrics were designed and woven using antibacterial and environmentally friendly mugwort/cotton blended yarn,along with moisture-absorbing and fast-drying Coolmax pure spinning yarn.Antibacterial testing revealed that,in comparison to Coolmax/cotton fabric,an increase in wormwood components led to a stronger inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,reaching a maximum antibacterial rate of 84.6%.Wet comfort index testing demonstrated excellent moisture absorption and rapid drying capabilities.Thermal conductivity testing indicated that the 8^(#)fabric exhibited the most efficient heat dissipation.Moreover,the anti-wrinkle performance test highlighted Coolmax's contribution to the fabric's shape retention.Consequently,the 8^(#)fabric demonstrated superior overall performance,making it well-suited for the.development of summer clothing materials.
