摘 要:采用自行研发的熔喷微纳米纤维纺纱设备设计和试纺了以140D/48F锦纶基石墨烯长丝为芯,包覆聚丙烯熔喷微纳米纤维,再包缠10D/6F锦纶长丝的450tex复合结构微纳米纱。较优工艺参数为:螺杆三区加热温度分别为270、275、280℃,喷嘴压缩空气加热区温度为100℃,压缩空气压力为0.5 MPa,网帘速度为15 m/min,纤网张力参数为1.20-1.25,此时纺纱连续性好,成纱效率高。复合结构微纳米纱的性能测试结果显示:纱线实际线密度为438 tex,CV值为8.5%;纱线强力为559 cN,CV值为5.2%;成纱纤维直径主要在3~8μm,平均直径5.38μm。试验结果表明,纱线性能初步达到了预期。The self-developed melt-blown micro-nano fiber spinning equipment is used to design and spin the 450 tex composite structure micro-nano yarn with 140 D/48 F polyamide-based graphene filament as the core,coated with polypropylene melt-blown micro-nano fiber,and then wrapped with 10 D/6 F polyamide filament.The optimal process parameters are:the heating temperature of screw in three zones is set at 270℃,275℃and 280℃respectively,the heating temperature of compressed air in nozzle is 100℃,the pressure of compressed air is 0.5 MPa,the travelling lattice for fiber-web speed is 15 m/min,and the tension parameter of fiber mesh is between 1.20~1.25.Spinning continuity is good and the yarn forming efficiency is high.The performance test results of composite structure micro nano yarn show that the actual yarn linear density is 438 tex,coefficient of variation is 8.5%,yarn strength is 559 cN,and the coefficient of variation is 5.2%.The fiber diameter of the yarn is mainly in 3~8μm,and the fiber average diameter is 5.38μm.The experimental results indicate that the yarn performance has initially met expectations.
