摘　　要：全面深化司法体制改革是推进法治中国建设的必然要求,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的现实需要。建设公正、高效、权威的社会主义司法制度是全面深化司法体制改革的总体目标;实现党的领导与依法独立行使审判权的有机统一,惩治犯罪与保障人权的有机统一,定分止争与案结人和的有机统一是全面深化司法体制改革的内在逻辑;优化司法职权配置,全面准确落实司法责任制,保障公众参与司法,开展司法体制综合配套改革,加快实现更高水平的数字正义,加强对司法权的制约和监督是全面深化司法体制改革的现实路径。Comprehensively deepening the reform of the judicial system is an inevitable requirement for promoting the construction of the rule of law in China,and it is also a realistic need for promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Building a just,efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system is the overall goal of comprehensively deepening the reform of the judicial system.To realize the organic unity of the Party's leadership and the independent exercise of judicial power according to law,the organic unity of punishing crimes and protecting human rights,and the organic unity of settling disputes and settling cases and people is the internal logic of comprehensively deepening the reform of the judicial system.Optimizing the allocation of judicial powers,fully and accurately implementing the judicial responsibility system,ensuring public participation in the judiciary,carrying out comprehensive and supporting reform of the judicial system,accelerating the realization of a higher level of digital justice,and strengthening the restriction and supervision of judicial power are the realistic ways to comprehensively deepen the reform of the judicial system.
