基于德尔菲法的PCI术后护理评价指标体系的建立与应用

摘　　要：目的基于德尔菲法建立经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后护理评价指标体系,并经临床应用验证其效果。方法通过文献检索、整理提取PCI术后护理质量评价指标,经2轮专家函询、小组讨论对初选指标进行遴选、修订,并形成PCI术后护理评价指标体系,包括3个一级指标,12个二级指标和38个三级指标。选择2020年3—12月收治的PCI术患者50例作为对照组,采取常规护理管理模式;选择2021年1—9月收治的PCI术患者50例作为观察组,采取PCI术后护理评价指标体系。比较两组术后护理质量、护理满意率。结果观察组术后护理质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究构建的PCI术后护理评价指标体系结构完整、内容全面,具有一定的科学性、可靠性,其在PCI术后护理管理中的应用,可改进护理质量,有助于提高护理满意率。Objective To establish a post percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)nursing evaluation index system based on the Delphi method and verify its effectiveness through clinical application.Methods We conducted literature search,organization,and extraction of postoperative nursing quality evaluation indicators for PCI.After two rounds of expert consultation and group discussion,we selected and revised the primary indicators,and formed a PCI postoperative nursing evaluation index system,which includes three primary indicators,12 secondary indicators,and 38 tertiary indicators.We selected 50 PCI patients admitted from March to December 2020 as the control group and adopted a routine nursing management model;50 PCI patients admitted from January to September 2021 were selected as the observation group,and the post PCI nursing evaluation index system was adopted to compare the postoperative nursing quality and satisfaction rate between the two groups.Results The each dimension scores of postoperative nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The structure and comprehensive content of the evaluation index system for PCI postoperative care constructed through research were complete,with a certain degree of scientifi city and reliability.Its application in PCI postoperative care management can improve nursing quality and contribute to improving nursing satisfaction rate.
