摘　　要：总结1例妊娠期高脂血症性急性胰腺炎合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的护理体会。2022年12月1日医院重症医学科收治1例妊娠期伴高脂血症性急性胰腺炎合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒的患者,入院时病情重,经抗感染、抑制胰腺分泌、降糖、降血脂、营养支持、血液净化等治疗及精心护理下,病情逐渐好转。本文将此例患者在重症医学科住院期间的治疗及护理过程进行整理,以供临床实践参考。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis during pregnancy.On December 1,2022,a patient with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis and diabetic ketoacidosis during pregnancy was admitted to the department of critical care medicine of the hospital.The patient was seriously ill when admitted to the hospital.After anti-infection,inhibition of pancreatic secretion,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,nutritional support,blood purifi cation and other treatments and meticulous care,the condition gradually improved.This article organizes the treatment and nursing process of this patient during his hospitalization in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine for reference in clinical practice.
