摘 要:本研究以丹麦咖啡色水貂和明华黑色水貂为研究对象,通过杂交测定后代生产性能和分析杂交优势率评定杂交效果,以期更好地利用优质水貂遗传资源。结果表明,杂交群针、绒毛长度与自繁组合呈现显著性的差异,杂交群之间差异不明显;杂交群体重和体长与自繁群差异不显著;杂交群群平均成活数明显提高。杂种优势率分析表明,以丹麦咖啡色水貂为父本和明华黑色水貂为母本的杂交后代综合性能较好,效果较为理想。In order to better utilize the high quality mink genetic resources,the hybridization of Danish coffee mink and Ming-Hua black mink were used to evaluate the application effect by determining the production performance of offspring and analyzing the hybridization superiority rate.The results showed that there were significant differences in the length of Guard hair and under hair between cross groups and Purebred breeding groups,but no significant differences between cross groups.There were no significant differences in population weight and body length between hybrids and Purebred breeding.The average survival number of the hybrid group was significantly increased.The hybrid dominance rate analysis showed that the hybridization effect between the male parent of Danish coffee mink and the female parent of Ming-Hua black mink was better,and the comprehensive performance of the offspring was better.
