摘 要:本试验探究了枯草芽孢杆菌和牛至提取物对北极狐生长性能和粪便中细菌数量的影响。试验采用双因素3×3随机试验设计,选取60日龄体重相近、健康且精神状态良好的北极狐240只,随机分成10个处理,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复6只,公母比例1:1,试验期30 d。对照组添加金霉素750 mg/kg,试验组添加牛至提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌组合,添加量依次为125 mg/kg+150 mg/kg(Ⅰ)、125 mg/kg+300 mg/kg(Ⅱ)、125 mg/kg+450 mg/kg(Ⅲ)、250 mg/kg+150 mg/kg(Ⅳ)、250 mg/kg+300 mg/kg(Ⅴ)、250 mg/kg+450 mg/kg(Ⅵ)、375 mg/kg+150 mg/kg(Ⅶ)、375 mg/kg+300 mg/kg(Ⅷ)和375 mg/kg+450 mg/kg(Ⅸ)。结果表明试验组V末体重、平均日增重最高,其次是试验组Ⅶ和Ⅲ;试验组Ⅴ料重比最低,其次为试验组Ⅶ和Ⅲ;腹泻率试验组Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅶ分别比对照组低6.38%、6.49%和6.60%;粪便中试验组Ⅸ乳酸菌数量最高,试验组V大肠杆菌数量最低,乳酸菌/大肠杆菌比值最高。在本试验条件下,北极狐日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌250 mg/kg和牛至提取物300 mg/kg组合,生产性能效果最好,并且优于金霉素组。In order to explore the effect of Bacillus subtilis and origanum vulgare L.extracts on the growth performance of the arctic fox(Alopex lagopus),this trial was carried out.In the two-factor 3×3 randomized trial,At 60 days old,240 arctic foxes with healthy,good mental state and similar weight were randomly divided into nine treatments,4 replicates for each treatment,6 animals per replicate,the proportion of male and female in each group was 1:1.The trial was 30 days for the trial period.In the each trial,the control group was supplemented with 750 mg/kg chlorotetracycline,the test groups were supplemented with 150 mg/kg bacillus subtilis and 125 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,300 mg/kg B.subtilis and 125 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,450 mg/kg B.subtilis and 125 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,150 mg/kg B.subtilis and 250 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,300 mg/kg B.subtilis and 250 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,450 mg/kg B.subtilis and 250 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,150 mg/kg B.subtilis and 375 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,300 mg/kg B.subtilis and 375 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts,450 mg/kg B.subtilis and 375 mg/kg O.vulgare extracts respectively.The results showed that both final weight and average daily gain of the arctic foxes in test group V was the highest among the test groups,followed by both test groupⅦand test groupⅢ.The ratio of the material to weight of the arctic foxes in test groupⅤwas the lowest among the test groups,followed by both test groupⅦand test groupⅢ.Diarrhea rate of the arctic foxes in test,groupⅢ,Ⅴ,Ⅶwere 6.38%,6.49%,and 6.60%lower than the control group respectively.The number of fecal Lactobacillus the arctic foxes in test groupⅨwas the highest.The number fecal E.coli of the arctic foxes in test group V was the lowest.Lactobacillus/E.coli ratio of the arctic foxes in test group V was the highest.It is thus clear that the performance effect of the arctic fox was the best under the test conditions and was better than the group with chlorotetracycline,when the combination of B.subtilis250 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg are
