摘  要:为制定参芪颗粒质量标准。本研究采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对参芪颗粒中黄芪、益母草和大黄进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对参芪颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量进行测定。参芪颗粒中薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,斑点清晰且阴性无干扰;参芪颗粒中黄芪甲苷的线性范围是0.4981~8.9652μg(r=0.9982),平均回收率为98.35%,RSD为1.16%(n=6)。薄层色谱鉴别和HPLC含量测定方法准确性高,重复性好,可有效控制参芪颗粒质量。In order to establish the quality standard of Shenqi granules.In this study,the Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC)was used for the qualitative identification of Astragali Radix,Leonuri Herba and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.The content of astragaloside IV was determined by the High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).The specificity of TLC was strong,spots were clear and no negative interference was observed in Shenqi granules.The linear range of astragalosideⅣwas 0.4981~8.9652μg(r=0.9982).The average recovery rate of astragaloside IV was 98.35%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.16%(n=6).TLC identification and content determination have high accuracy and good repeatability,which could effectively control the quality of Shenqi granules.
