摘　　要：人参皂苷Rg3具有抑制肿瘤生长和转移的作用,其机制可能与抑制肿瘤微血管形成有关。而微血管形成是肿瘤生长和转移的重要环节,抑制微血管形成已成为抗肿瘤治疗的重要策略。本文从抑制肿瘤微血管形成、降低肿瘤微血管密度等方面,对近年来国内外关于人参是苷Rg3防治肿瘤作用及其机理的研究进展作一综述,以期对未来关于人参皂苷与肿瘤的相关基础研究或临床研究提供参考。Ginsenosides Rg_3 can inhibit tumor growth and metastasis.The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of tumor micro vascularization.Microangiogenesis is an important part of tumor growth and metastasis,and inhibition of microangiogenesis has become an important strategy of anti-tumor therapy.This paper reviews the research progress of the tumor prevention effect of ginsenoside Rg_3 and its mechanism of inhibiting the formation and reducing the tumor micro vessel density,in order to provide reference for the basic research or clinical research of ginsenoside and tumor in the future.
