摘　　要：乳化炸药生产安全管理的关键问题包括供应链管理、人员培训和意识以及风险评估与监测。为了提升安全管理水平,预防为主、全程监控和持续改进成为实施原则。针对乳化炸药生产的特点,强化静电防护、建立特殊工艺监控系统和加强原材料管控等优化措施显得尤为重要。通过科学的管理和不断创新,我们可以确保生产过程的安全性和可靠性,最大限度地保护员工的安全和健康,实现乳化炸药生产的可持续发展。The key issues in the safety management of emulsion explosive production include supply chain management,personnel training and awareness,as well as risk assessment and monitoring.In order to improve the level of safety management,prevention first,full process monitoring,and continuous improvement have become the implementation principles.It is particularly important to strengthen electrostatic protection,establish special process monitoring systems,and strengthen raw material control measures in response to the characteristics of emulsion explosive production.Through scientific management and continuous innovation,we can ensure the safety and reliability of the production process,maximize the protection of employee safety and health,and achieve sustainable development of emulsion explosive production.
