摘 要:为了满足现代通信设备双频带的要求,提出了一种双通带三维频率选择表面(Three Dimensional Frequency Selective Surface,3D FSS)。所提出的3D FSS单元结构是由平行平板波导(Parallel Plate Waveguide,PPW)结构和方同轴波导(Square Coaxial Waveguide,SCW)结构组合而成。在PPW传播路径中,通过加载金属通孔和环形槽,构成2个相同的1/4波长谐振器,在电磁耦合作用下产生二阶低频通带;环形槽处不连续性引起的电磁波反射引入一个传输零点。在SCW传播路径中,通过加载环形槽,构成2个相同的短SCW谐振器,耦合产生二阶高频通带。通过对传输零极点处的电场矢量分布和设计参数进行分析,阐明了3D FSS的工作机理。仿真结果显示,该3D FSS的低频和高频通带3 dB相对带宽分别为10.74%和6.89%,通带比为1.32,单元结构的电尺寸为0.13λ_(0)×0.13λ_(0),具有双极化特性,在0°~40°具有良好的角度稳定性。In order to meet the dual-band requirements of modern communication equipment,a dual-passband Three Dimensional Frequency Selective Surface(3D FSS)is proposed.The proposed 3D FSS unit structure is composed of the Parallel Plate Waveguide(PPW)structure and the Square Coaxial Waveguide(SCW)structure.In the propagation path of PPW,two identical quarter-wavelength resonators are constructed by loading a pair of metallic through-holes and an annular slot,which generates a second-order low-frequency passband by virtue of the electromagnetic coupling.In addition,the reflection of electromagnetic waves caused by discontinuities in the annular slot introduces a transmission zero.In the SCW propagation path,two identical short SCW resonators are formed by loading an annular slot,which are coupled to produce a second-order high-frequency passband.By analyzing the electric-field vector distributions and design parameters at the transmission zeros/poles,the working mechanism of 3D FSS is illustrated.The simulation results show that the 3 dB relative bandwidths of the low-and high-frequency passbands of the proposed 3D FSS are 10.74% and 6.89% respectively;the passband ratio is 1.32;the electric size of the unit structure is 0.13λ_(0)×0.13λ_(0).The proposed 3D FSS has the dual polarization characteristic and good angular stability in the range of 0°~40°.
