摘 要:T型微带线是集成电路上微带走线的常见结构之一,其传导干扰的建模仿真是集成电路信号完整性分析的重要基础。基于高阶时域有限差分(Finite-Difference Time-Domain,FDTD)(2,4)方法和传输线方程,结合电荷守恒定律,提出了一种快速计算T型微带线传导干扰的时域混合方法。将T型微带线结构分解成多段相对独立的直微带线和连接节点;采用传输线方程构建各段直微带线的传导干扰分析模型,并采用高阶FDTD(2,4)对传输线方程进行求解,快速获得各段直微带线的瞬态干扰响应;利用电荷守恒定律构建连接节点的电压电流关系方程,使用传统FDTD方法求解得到节点处的电压,并反馈给各段直微带线作为边界,实现各段直微带线之间的干扰信号传输。通过时域混合算法与Baum-Liu-Tesche(BLT)方程和电磁仿真软件CST对相应计算实例进行数值模拟,并从仿真结果的精度与计算耗费时间方面对所提算法的置信度进行评估分析。T-shaped microstrip line is one special structure of the traces on the integrated circuits,and its conducted interference simulation can provide important support for the signal integrity analysis of the integrated circuit.An efficient time-domain hybrid method,consisting of the high-order Finite-Difference Time-Domain(FDTD)(2,4)method,transmission line equations,and the charge conservation law,is proposed to calculate the conducted interference of T-shaped microstrip lines rapidly.Firstly,the whole structure of the T-shaped microstrip line is decomposed into several independent straight microstrip lines and connecting node.Then,the transmission line equations are applied to build the conducted interference models of straight microstrip lines,and are solved by the high-order FDTD(2,4)method to obtain the transient interference responses on these microstrip lines.Finally,the voltage-current relation equation of the connecting node is constructed via the charge conservation law,and the traditional FDTD is employed to solve the voltage response at the connecting node,which is fed back to these straight microstrip lines as boundaries to realize the back and forth transmission of the interference signals between these microstrip lines.Numerical cases are simulated via the time-domain hybrid method,Baum-Liu-Tesche(BLT)equation and electromagnetic software CST,and the confidence of the proposed method is assessed by comparing the results in terms of computational precision and time consumption.
