摘 要:铁水联运是一种便捷高效、节能环保的先进运输组织方式。近年来,国家和江苏省高度重视铁水联运高质量发展,并出台系列政策扶持。泰州市铁水联运的地理区位优势和港口水运资源优势明显,应充分利用国家及省内多层面相关系列政策利好,结合自身实际,加快推进铁水联运高质量发展。本文以问题为导向,通过对泰州铁水联运现状及存在的主要问题进行剖析,并有针对性地提出了相关铁水联运高质量发展对策建议,以增强泰州市铁水联运的竞争力。The rail-water inter-modal transportation is an advanced transportation mode which is convenient,efficient,energy-saving and environmentally friendly.In recent years,the nation and Jiangsu Province have attached great importance to the high-quality development of rail-water inter-modal transportation and introduced a series of supportive policies.The geographical and resource-based advantages of developing railway-water inter-modal transportation in Taizhou City are obvious.Taizhou City should fully utilize the national and provincial policies of developing of rail-water inter-modal transportation based on its own actual situation,and promote the high-quality development of rail-water inter-modal transportation.This article analyzes the current situation and main problems of rail-water inter-modal transportation in Taizhou City with a problem oriented approach.It also gives targeted suggestions for promoting high-quality development of rail-water inter-modal transportation in Taizhou City to enhance its competitiveness.
