河北省部分地区蚊虫种类及蚊传虫媒病毒调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解河北省部分地区蚊虫种类及蚊媒病毒分布,为该地区虫媒传染病防控提供依据。方法在自然界使用诱蚊灯采集蚊虫标本,形态学分类鉴定后分装编号,液氮保存,组织培养法进行病毒分离,用分子生物学方法检测蚊虫携带病毒种类。使用生物学信息软件对病毒核苷酸序列进行分子生物学特征分析。结果2019年9月在河北省平山县、威县、平乡县采集蚊虫3属4种共2638只,其中淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕获总数的69.6%(1835/2638);其次为骚扰阿蚊,占20.5%(541/2638)。从平乡县油召乡的蚊虫标本获得1株可以稳定传代的病毒分离物,经分子生物学鉴定为浓核病毒,基因型属短浓核病毒属成员。结论该次河北省调查地区的优势蚊种各不相同,威县和平乡县以淡色库蚊为主,平山县以骚扰阿蚊为主,并在平乡县油召乡淡色库蚊中分离到一株浓核病毒。Objective To investigate the distribution of mosquito species and mosquito-borne viruses in some regions of Hebei Province,and to provide a basis for prevention and control of mosquito-borne diseases in these regions.Methods Mosquitoes were collected by lamp trapping method in nature.Mosquito samples were classified according to morphologic characteristics and then stored at liquid nitrogen.Viruses were isolated in cell culture and characterized using molecular biological methods.Biological information software was used to analyze the molecular biological characteristics of viral nucleotide sequences.Results A total of 2,638 mosquitoes(4 species,3 genera)were trapped in Pingshan County,Wei County and Pingxiang County of Hebei Province in September 2019.The dominant species was Culex pipiens(69.6%,1,835/2,638),followed by Armigeres subalbatus(20.5%,541/2,638).A virus strain isolated from a mosquito sample(PX54)from Youzhao Town of Pingxiang County was identified as Culex pipiens pallens densovirus.Conclusion The predominated species of mosquitoes trapped in the surveyed regions of Hebei Province are different.Wei County and Pingxiang County are dominated by Culex pipiens,but Pingshan County is dominated by Armigeres subalbatus.Moreover,one strain of densovirus is isolated from Culex pipiens in Youzhao Town of Pingxiang County.
