摘　　要：目的了解一种季铵盐复方消毒剂(季铵盐与植物冷萃提取液复配)消毒性能,为做好空气和物体表面消毒提供科学依据。方法采用理化试验、实验室试验、毒性试验和现场消毒试验,观察该复方季铵盐消毒剂的稳定性、腐蚀性及消毒效果。结果该消毒剂原液季铵盐含量(以苯扎溴铵计)为0.25%,性能稳定,对不锈钢和铜基本无腐蚀。其原液作用10 min后,对木质表面上自然菌的杀灭对数值均大于1.00,作用5 min后对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538、大肠杆菌8099、白色念珠菌ATCC10231、铜绿假单胞菌ATCC15442的杀灭效果均符合GB27952-2020普通物体表面消毒剂通用要求,作用30 min后对人工污染的白色葡萄球菌8032的杀灭率均大于99.90%,对空气中自然菌的消亡率均大于90.00%,符合GB 27948-2020空气消毒剂通用要求。结论该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体、白色念珠菌和白色葡萄球菌有良好的杀灭效果,性能稳定,对金属腐蚀性小、可用于物体表面消毒与空气消毒。Objective To understand the disinfection performance of a compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant(quaternary ammonium salt mixed with plant cold extract),and to provide a scientific basis for disinfection of air and object surface.Methods Physical and chemical tests,laboratory tests,toxicity tests and field disinfection tests were used to observe the stability,corrosiveness and disinfection effect of the compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant.Results The content of quaternary ammonium salt(calculated by benzalkonium bromide)in the disinfectant stock solution was 0.25%,with stable performance and basically no corrosion to stainless steel and copper.The logarithmic value of killing natural bacteria on the wood surface after 10 minutes of action of the stock solution was all greater than 1.00,and the killing effects on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538,Escherichia coli 8099,Candida albicans ATCC10231 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC15442 after 5 minutes of action were all in line with the general requirements of GB27952-2020 for common surface disinfectants.After exposure for 30 minutes,the killing rate of artificially contaminated Staphylococcus albus 8,032 was greater than 99.90%,and the extinction rate of natural bacteria in the air was greater than 90.00%,which met the general requirements of GB 27948-2020 air disinfectant.Conclusion The disinfectant has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules,Candida albicans and Staphylococcus albicans,with stable performance and low corrosiveness to metals,and can be used for object surface disinfection and air disinfection.
