摘 要:以未加氢减二线和加氢减二线馏分油为原料油,采用极性非质子型溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和糠醛进行精制,考察了剂油质量比和温度对溶剂精制的影响。实验结果表明,在相同萃取条件下,未加氢原料油萃取相收率明显高于加氢原料油,且溶剂的极性组分分配系数和选择性系数均高于加氢原料油,能更好地将芳烃组分进行富集。DMSO芳烃选择性高于糠醛,且不与环烷酸发生反应,可使环烷基馏分油在非加氢预处理条件下对芳烃进行高效富集。精制温度不变时,萃取相收率随剂油质量比的增大而提高,所得萃取相芳碳率下降;剂油质量比不变时,萃取相收率随精制温度的升高而提高,萃取相芳碳率减小,溶剂对极性组分的分配系数呈先增大后减小的趋势,在80℃时达峰值。Solvent extraction experiments by the polar non-proton solvent dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)and furfural were carried out using the raw and hydrogenated feedstock from second side stream of vacuum distillation unit.The effects of solvent/oil mass ratio and temperature on solvent extraction were studied.The experimental results indicate that under the same conditions,the yields of extracts using the raw oil are significantly higher than those using pre-hydrogenated oil,and the distribution coefficient and selectivity coefficient of the solvents in the case of the raw oil are also larger than those in the case of pre-hydrogenated oil,illustrating that aromatics are effectively enriched by DMSO.In comparison with furfural,the aromatic selectivity of DMSO is higher and does not react with naphthenic acid,so that aromatics in the naphthenic base distillate oil can be efficiently enriched under non-hydrotreating conditions.Additionally,at the same extraction temperature,the yields of the extracts increases with the increase of solvent/oil mass ratio,while the percent of aromatic carbons(C_(A))of the extracts decreases;On the other hand,with the same solvent/oil mass ratio,the yields of the extracts increases with the rise of temperature and the C_(A)of the extracts gradually declined,and the distribution coefficient increases first and then subsequently decreases,reaching the maximum value at 80℃.
