摘 要:以盐酸三乙胺和AlCl_(3)为原料合成了离子液体催化剂Et_(3)NHCl-AlCl_(3),将其用于催化1-癸烯聚合得到中低黏度聚α-烯烃(PAO),利用FTIR分析了催化剂的结构,考察了合成中低黏度PAO适宜的反应条件。实验结果表明,适宜的聚合反应条件为:反应温度120℃、反应时间2 h,催化剂用量5%(w),催化剂中AlCl_(3)用量67%(x)。催化剂可重复使用5次。失活催化剂中氯离子与烷基上氢原子形成的氢键消失,存在B酸,没有L酸,是催化剂失活的主要原因。保持催化剂中足够数量的Al_(2)Cl^(-)_(7)是保持催化剂活性的关键。Triethylamine hydrochloride and AlCl_(3)were selected to synthesize ionic liquid catalyst Et_(3)NHCl-AlCl_(3),which were further used to catalyze the polymerization of 1-decene to medium and low viscosity poly-α-olefin(PAO).The structure of the catalyst was analyzed by FTIR.The optimum reaction conditions for synthesis of medium and low viscosity PAO were investigated,and the results indicate that the suitable reaction conditions include reaction temperature of 120℃,reaction time of 2 h,amount of catalyst of 5%(w),and amount of AlCl_(3)in catalyst of 67%(x).The catalyst can be reused for 5 times.It has been found that H bond formed between chlorine ions and hydrogen atoms on the alkyl groups in the deactivated catalyst is invisible,and there is still B acid but no L acid in the used catalyst,which are the main reasons of catalyst deactivation.Thus,the sufficient quantity of Al_(2)Cl^(-)_(7)in catalyst is vital to maintain the catalytic activity of catalyst.
