摘  要:在内径600 mm的不锈钢塔内,以空气-水-CO_(2)为物系,F1浮阀塔板为基准,通过解吸实验研究了圆形固定阀塔板和齿边导向浮阀塔板的传质性能。实验结果表明,在一定的气、液相负荷下,圆形固定阀塔板的塔板效率与浮阀塔板相当;在较大的气、液相负荷下,齿边导向浮阀塔板的塔板效率比其他两种塔板更高,可操作范围比F1浮阀塔板更大。根据实验数据分别拟合出齿边导向浮阀塔板和圆形固定阀塔板的全塔效率计算关联式。圆形固定阀塔板和齿边导向浮阀塔板已成功工业应用。In a stainless steel column with an inner diameter of 600 mm,the mass transfer performances of the round fixed valve tray and flow-guided serrated valve tray were investigated through desorption experiments using F1 valve tray as base bubbling element with air-water-CO_(2)system.The experimental results show that the tray efficiency of round fixed valve tray is equivalent to that of F1 valve tray under certain gas and liquid loading.Under higher gas and liquid loadings,the flow-guided serrated valve tray has higher tray efficiency than the other two types of trays and wider operational range than F1 valve tray.Based on the experimental data,the correlation equations for calculating the overall efficiency of the flow-guided serrated valve tray and the round fixed valve tray were fitted respectively.The two types of trays have been successfully applied in industry.
