摘  要:介绍了机翼柔性装配生产线双机协同电磁铆接系统的组成,包括蒙皮侧执行系统和骨架侧执行系统。分析了系统中插钉机构、快换式顶铁机构、双机协同电磁铆接机构的设计,并进行铆枪控制方式自动化改造、铆枪触发延迟时间设置、快换式顶铁机构优化。对镦头尺寸进行检测确认,并对铆接后钉杆干涉量进行检测分析。The composition of the dual-machine cooperative electromagnetic riveting system of the wing flexible assembly production line was introduced,including the skin-side actuator system and the skeleton side actuation system.The design of nail insertion mechanism,quick-change jacking iron mechanism and dual-machine cooperative electromagnetic riveting mechanism in the system was analyzed,and the automatic transformation of riveting gun control mode,the setting of riveting gun trigger delay time,and the optimization of quick-change jacking iron mechanism were carried out.The size of the heading was tested and confirmed,and the interference amount of rivet rod after riveting was detected and analyzed.
