摘 要:湿式机械加工在发动机生产领域得到大量应用。在湿式机械加工中,切削液通过厂房高空网架管道到达机床顶部上方,再通过竖直方向管道接入机床内部。对机床顶部进液管道和回流管道进行建模,通过有限元方法分析不同管道自振频率的变化规律,进而避免管道在切削液通断阀开关瞬间发生晃动。通过机床切削液进出口管道振动分析,还可以指导管道改造,避免生产中低频共振造成设备设施损坏。Wet machining is widely used in the field of engine production.In wet machining,the cutting fluid reaches the top of the machine tool through the high-altitude grid pipe of the plant,and then enters the machine tool through the vertical pipe.The liquid supply pipeline and return pipeline on the top of the machine tool were modeled,and the change law of the self-vibration frequency of different pipeline was analyzed by the finite element method,so as to avoid the pipeline from shaking instantaneously in the cutting fluid on-off valve switch.Through the vibration analysis of the inlet pipeline and outlet pipeline of the cutting fluid of the machine tool,the pipeline transformation can also be guided to avoid damage to equipment and facilitiy caused by low-frequency resonance in production.
