摘 要:为了突破304不锈钢材料小直径深孔钻削加工的生产技术瓶颈,设计了304不锈钢材料小直径深孔钻削加工工艺,并针对直径1.6mm、深度50mm的小直径深孔进行钻削加工参数试验。基于不同钻头材料和钻削参数,分析钻头磨损情况和切屑状态,得出合理的钻削加工参数范围。同时总结不同钻头材料和钻削参数下的切屑状态变化情况,以切屑形态来判断钻削加工参数的合理性,指导钻削过程中对钻削加工参数进行调整。通过工艺设计和试验,得到了高效、稳定的钻削加工参数。In order to break through the production technology bottleneck of drilling processing of 304 stainless steel material small diameter deep hole,the small diameter deep hole drilling process of 304 stainless steel material was designed,and the drlling processing parameters of small diameter deep hole with a diameter of 1.6mm and a depth of 50 mm were tested.Based on different drill bit materials and drilling parameters,the wear of drll bit and chip state were analyzed,and the reasonable ranges of drilling processing parameters were obtained.At the same time,the changes of chip state under different drill bit materials and drlling parameters were summarized,and the rationality of drilling processing parameters was judged by chip morphology,and the drilling processing parameters were adjusted during the drilling process.Through process design and test,efficient and stable drilling processing parameters were obtained.
