摘  要:为实现剪刀里口凹螺旋曲面的磨削加工,提出一种精度高、具有推广价值的剪刀里口凹螺旋曲面端面磨削工艺。根据端面磨削的工艺特点和立式斜主轴磨床的结构特点,分析端面磨削剪切后角的条件,建立剪切后角与砂轮倾角、砂轮半径的函数关系,进而根据剪刀里口挠曲面成型原理,构建三轴联动加工模型,实现两个直线轴与一个旋转轴的三轴联动控制加工。试验结果表明,三轴联动控制剪刀里口凹螺旋曲面端面磨削工艺相比两轴靠模仿形方法,生产效率提高30%以上,磨削出的剪刀形状、尺寸、表面粗糙度符合工艺设计要求,剪刀锋利,达到高精、高效的生产要求。In order to realize the grinding processing of the scissor in-mouth concave spiral surface,the grinding process for end face of scissor in-mouth concave spiral surface with high precision and promotion value was proposed.According to the process characteristic of face grinding and the structural characteristic of vertical inclined spindle grinding machine,the condition of the shear clearance angle of end face grinding was analyzed,and the functional relationship between the shear clearance angle and the inclination angle and the radius of the grinding wheel was established,and then according to the principle of deflection surface forming in the scissor in-mouth,a three-axis linkage machining model was constructed to realize the three-axis linkage control processing of two linear axes and one rotating axis.The test results show that the production efficiency of three-axis linkage control grinding process for end face of scissor in-mouth concave spiral surface is more than 30%higher than two-axis imitation method,and the shape,size and surface roughness of the ground scissor meet the process design requirements,and the scissor is sharp,which meets the production requirements of high-precision and high-efficient.
