摘 要:目的:比较动态导航与静态导板引导种植体植入手术的精确度。方法:将总共40个牙列缺失的树脂模型随机分配到4组(n=10):静态导板-轴向组、静态导板-斜向组、动态导航-轴向组、动态导航-斜向组,并由一名术者放置种植体。术后将CBCT资料导入种植体计划软件。测量种植体植入点、末端点和角度误差并与计划种植体进行比较。结果:静态导板组的角度误差明显高于动态导航组(P<0.01)。动态导航组和静态导板组在植入点和末端点的误差无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在动态导航组和静态导板组中,轴向种植体和斜向种植体在植入点、末端点和角度的误差均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:动态导航组的角度误差显示出较小的误差。在两组中,种植体方向对误差均无影响。Objective:To compare the accuracy of dental implantation assisted with dynamic navigation versus static guide.Me-thods:40 resin models with missing teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=10):static guide-axial group,static guide-tilted group,dynamic navigation-axial group and dynamic navigation-tilted group.The implant placement was completed by an identical surgeon.After CBCT scanning,the deviation at implant point,end point and angle of placement were measured,the final implant position was compared with the originally planned position.Results:The angle deviation of static guide group was higher than that of dynamic navigation group(P<0.01).The deviation of implantation point and terminal point in dynamic navigation group and static guide group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Between the 2 groups,the deviation of axial and tilted implants at implantation point,terminal point and angle were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic navigation may produce smaller deviation than static navigation irrespective of the implantation direction.With both methods,implant orientation has no effect on the deviation.
