摘 要:为促进钢渣资源化利用,在对钢渣进行安定性评价的基础上,以石灰为碱激发剂,通过无侧限抗压强度试验、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffraction,XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)研究不同碱激发矿粉配合比、碱激发矿粉掺量对矿粉稳定钢渣混合料抗压强度的影响,探讨矿粉稳定钢渣混合料的水化产物和强度增强机理。研究表明,混合料强度随石灰掺量的增加呈先增后减趋势,其中石灰和矿粉的最优配合比为1∶4.2。该配合比下,4.5%碱激发矿粉掺量的混合料7 d强度达6.27 MPa,满足高等级路面的技术要求;增加碱激发矿粉掺量,混合料抗压强度随之提高,荷载-变形曲线中弹性段逐渐增加,塑形段和下降段缩小,塑形变形能力降低;石灰能较好地激发矿粉-钢渣体系的潜在活性,水化产物包括水化硅酸钙、水化铝酸钙和羟基硅钙石,内部蜂窝状和纤维状胶凝结构使混合料内部结构趋于密实,提高混合料的宏观强度,改善混合料的体积安定性。In order to promote the resource utilization of steel slag,based on the stability evaluation of steel slag,using lime as alkali activator,the unconfined compressive strength test,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to study the effects of different alkali-activated slag mix ratios and alkali-activated slag content on the compressive strength of slag-stabilized steel slag mixture.The hydration products and strength enhancement mechanism of slag-stabilized steel slag mixture was discussed.The research showed that the strength of the mixture increased first and then decreased with the increase of lime content,and the optimal mix ratio of lime and mineral powder was 1∶4.2.Under this mix ratio,the 7 d strength of the mixture with 4.5%alkali activated mineral powder content reached 6.27 MPa,which met the technical requirements of high-grade pavement.With the increase of alkali-activated slag content,the compressive strength of the mixture increased,the elastic section of the load-deformation curve increased gradually,the plastic section and the descending section decreased,and the plastic deformation capacity decreased.Lime can better stimulate the potential activity of the slag-steel slag system.The hydration products included hydrated calcium silicate,hydrated calcium aluminate and Jennite.The internal honeycomb and fibrous cementitious structure made the internal structure of the mixture denser and improved the macroscopic strength and volume stability of the mixture.
