摘 要:以带有某型引射器的船舶动力装置为研究对象,探究不同工况以及不同结构参数对引射器性能的影响。结果表明:引射系数增大时混合度趋近1.00,引射器的引射能力增强。主流喷口与混合段距离增大会导致引射系数增加、总压损失降低、混合度先减小后增加、出口总温降低;多级引射器进口面积增大,引射系数先降低后增加0.95,总压损失降低,出口总温小幅度波动;增加多级引射器级数,引射系数增加,总压损失降低,引射器出口总温降低。研究结果可用于红外抑制器设计,提高整体性能。Taking a ship power plant with a certain type of injector as the research object,the effects of different operating conditions and structural parameters on the performance of the injector are studied.The results show that when the entrainment ratio increases,the mixing degree approaches 1.00,and the entrainment capacity of the ejector is enhanced.The increase of the distance between the main nozzle and the mixing section will lead to the increase of the ejection coefficient,the decrease of the total pressure loss,the decrease of the mixing degree,and the decrease of the total outlet temperature.The inlet area of the multi-stage ejector increases,the ejection coefficient decreases first and increases by 0.95,the total pressure loss decreases,and the total outlet temperature fluctuates slightly.By increasing the number of stages of the multi-stage ejector,the ejection coefficient increases,the total pressure loss decreases,and the total outlet temperature of the ejector decreases.The research results can be used in the design process of infrared suppressor to improve the overall performance.
