摘  要:对碟式分离机罩壳冷却结构进行研究,以理论分析为基础,采用有限元软件进行数值模拟仿真计算,分别对转鼓与罩壳之间腔体和机身机盖内夹层冷却结构进行建模;以实际工况为边界条件,对其内部空气和水的流动进行热流场仿真计算,得到温度、速度矢量以及压力等分布云图。试验结果表明:该研究方法可有效指导碟式分离机罩壳冷却结构设计。The cooling structure of the cover shell of the disc separator is studied,based on theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation calculations are conducted using finite element software.The cavity between the drum and the cover shell and the sandwich cooling structure inside the fuselage cover are modeled separately.Taking the actual working conditions as the boundary conditions,the heat flow field of the internal air and water flow is simulated and calculated,and distribution cloud maps of temperature,velocity vector,and pressure are obtained.The experimental results indicate that this research method can effectively guide the design of the cooling structure for the cover of the disc separator.
