摘  要:从先导式大通径气动电磁阀的工作原理可知主阀复位弹簧刚度、预紧力和先导阀阻尼孔尺寸等结构参数对电磁阀动态特性产生影响。利用AMESim仿真软件建立先导式大通径气动电磁阀的仿真模型,通过仿真对比分析不同结构参数与主阀芯运动速度、位移等运动参数的影响关系,为产品的优化设计提供依据。From the working principle of the pilot operated large diameter pneumatic solenoid valve,it can be seen that the structural parameters such as the stiffness of the main valve return spring,pre tightening force,and the size of the pilot valve damping hole have an impact on the dynamic characteristics of the solenoid valve.The AMESim simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of the pilot type large diameter pneumatic solenoid valve.Through simulation,the influence relationship between different structural parameters and the main valve core motion parameters such as speed and displacement is analyzed,which provides a basis for the optimal design of products.
