摘　　要：乌克兰危机背景下,拜登政府基于调动盟国支持其全球及区域战略的考量,继续重视日本的角色。日本亦对美国的战略号召做出积极响应,以应对乌克兰危机、维护国际秩序稳定为名积极加强同盟战略合作,推进“同盟现代化”,联手拓展军事、经济安全合作,加强地区战略配合。为应对乌克兰危机背景下大国博弈、国际秩序及地缘竞争形势,以及传统及非传统安全领域风险,日方认为,需要充分认识并积极利用日美同盟的战略价值。在美国主导、日本配合下,日美联合遏华态势日益明确,中美、中日关系结构性矛盾将加剧。日美同盟战略产生更强外溢,导致地区安全形势更趋动荡。日本的“战略能动”更趋凸显,对中日美关系影响权重上升。In the context of the Russia-Ukraine conflict,the Biden administration continues to value Japan’s role in supporting U.S.global and regional strategies.Japan has responded positively to the strategic call of the U.S.,strengthening alliance strategic cooperation,promoting the“alliance modernization”in the name of coping with the Ukraine crisis and maintaining the stability of the international order,jointly expanding military cooperation,promoting economic and security cooperation and strengthening regional strategic cooperation.According to Japan's strategic vision,to cope with the great power game and international order and geopolitical competition,it is necessary to actively use the strategic value of the Japan-U.S.alliance.The trend of Japan-U.S.deterrence against China has strengthened,and the structural contradictions within U.S.and Japan relations will intensify.The Japan-U.S.alliance has a growing spillover effect,and Japan’s“strategic initiative”has become more prominent.
