转型时代的韩中地方政府合作——兼论仁川广域市与天津市缔结友城关系30年

摘　　要：当前世界秩序、全球能源结构和人工智能等各领域正发生复杂变革。在国际秩序复杂多变、未来充满不确定性的环境中,韩国与中国的友好关系对于促进东亚地区稳定与繁荣尤为重要。地方政府合作在巩固两国关系中起着关键作用。韩中地方政府在推进两国关系中扮演着重要角色。仁川广域市与天津市地理位置相近,发展路径和未来愿景有相似之处,在韩中建交后的1993年缔结友好城市关系,在多领域展开了具有长远意义的交流与合作。增强仁川广域市和天津市之间合作对双边关系发展很有意义。今年是仁川广域市与天津市缔结友好城市30周年,双方必将在引领创新合作方面发挥更大作用,共同应对经济、社会等各方面挑战。At present,the world order,the global energy structure and artificial intelligence are undergoing complex changes.In particular,in an environment where the international order is complex and changing and the future is full of uncertainties,friendly relations between ROK and China are particularly important for promoting stability and prosperity in East Asia.Local government cooperation plays a key role in consolidating bilateral relations.The local government play an important role in promoting bilateral relations between ROK and China.Incheon and Tianjin,having established sister city relations in 1993 after the establishment of ROK-China diplomatic tiesand carried out cooperation in various fields with long-term significance,share similar geographical location,development path and future vision.Cooperation between Incheon and Tianjin is of great significance to the development of bilateral relations.With the arrival of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the sister city,the two sides will play a greater role in leading innovation cooperation and jointly addressing economic and social challenges.
