摘　　要：医疗人工智能作为我国科技发展的前沿领域之一,在疾病预测、医院管理、辅助诊断、新药研发、健康管理等方面作用突显,对于促进优质医疗可及化、均衡化,提升医疗服务水平,降低医疗成本也具有重要意义。然而,由于受到技术层面、主体层面以及社会层面等多方面因素的影响,作为新兴科技的人工智能在医疗领域的实际应用过程中也存在潜在的信任缺失问题。规范和约束医疗人工智能,应以伦理原则和伦理实践为切入点,努力构建能够保障医疗人工智能安全可信的理论和实践路径,促进医疗人工智能朝着健康、安全、高效的方向发展。Medical artificial intelligence,as one of the frontier fields of science and technology development,plays a prominent role in disease prediction,hospital management,auxiliary diagnosis,new drug research and development,health management,etc.,which is also of great significance for promoting the accessibility and balance of high-quality medical care,improving the level of medical services,and reducing medical costs.However,due to the influence of many factors such as technical,subjective and social aspects,there is also a potential lack of trust in the practical application of artificial intelligence as an emerging technology in the medical field.To regulate and constrain medical artificial intelligence,we should take ethical principles and ethical practices as the starting point,strive to build a theoretical and practical path to achieve the safety and credibility of medical artificial intelligence,and promote the development of medical artificial intelligence in the direction of health,safety and efficiency.
