摘  要:针对疏松砂岩常规物性、压汞实验难度大,岩心标定测井评价孔隙结构精度低的特点,通过随钻核磁共振测井T_(2)谱、铸体薄片分析资料,采用特征参数提取、主成分分析、高斯混合聚类算法,对研究区储层孔隙结构进行分类。研究结果表明:随钻核磁共振T_(2)谱中能够提取表征孔隙连通性、大小及分布的13个特征参数,经主成分分析、高斯混合聚类算法处理解释后,研究区储层孔隙结构分为Ⅰ—Ⅴ共五类,T_(2)谱逐渐向左偏移,小孔隙占比逐渐增大,岩性从粗砂岩过渡至细-中砂岩,孔隙类型从粒间孔过渡至粒间溶孔,孔隙结构逐渐变差。In view of the difficulty in conventional physical property and mercury intrusion experiments of unconsolidated sandstone and the low accuracy of evaluating the pore structure of unconsolidated sandstone by core calibration logging,based on the analysis data of NMR logging spectrum while drilling and core casting slices,the pore structure of the reservoir in the study area is classified by using feature parameter extraction,principal component analysis,and Gaussian mixture model algorithm.The results show that 13 feature parameters characterizing pore connectivity,size and distribution can be extracted from NMR logging T_(2)spectrum,and after being processed and interpreted by principal component analysis and Gaussian mixture model algorithm,the pore structure of the reservoir in the study area is divided into five types.From type I to type V,its T_(2)spectrum gradually shifts to the left,the proportion of small pores gradually increases,the lithology transitions from coarse sandstone to medium-fine sandstone,the pore type transitions from intergranular pores to intergranular dissolved pores,and the pore structure gradually becomes worse.
