摘 要:针对聚合物矿场应用过程中存在溶解熟化规律不清晰、注入到地层可能存在尚未完全溶解熟化现象,研究了地层水矿化度、剪切速率对聚合物溶解熟化性能的影响;通过填砂管岩心驱替实验,研究了渗透率、聚合物溶解程度对聚合物在多孔介质中渗流特征的影响;基于微观可视化驱油实验,研究了不同溶解程度聚合物的渗流特征及驱油规律。结果表明:速溶聚合物溶解时间随着地层水矿化度的降低和剪切速率的增加而缩短,当矿化度为5000~20000 mg/L和转速为300~600 r/min,溶解时间为30~50 min。阻力系数和残余阻力系数随着溶解程度和渗透率的增大而降低。聚合物采出程度增值随着溶解程度增大而增大,当溶解程度高于80%以上,采出程度增值变化不大。The influence of salinity and shear rate on polymer dissolution and maturation performance was studied in view of the unclear dissolution and maturation law of polymer in field application and the incomplete dissolution and maturation phenomenon of polymer injected into the formation;The effects of permeability and polymer dissolution on the percolation characteristics of polymer in porous media were studied by core displacement experiment with sand packed pipe;Based on the microscopic visualization oil displacement experiment,the percolation characteristics and oil displacement laws of polymers with different solubility are studied.The results show that the dissolution time of instant polymers decreases with the decrease of formation water mineralization and the increase of shear rate.When the salinity is 5000~20000 mg/L and the rotating speed is 300~600 r/min,the dissolution time is 30~50 min.The resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient decrease with the increase of polymer dissolution and formation permeability.The incremental of oil recovery of polymer flooding increases with the increase of dissolution degree.When the dissolution degree is higher than 80%,the increment of oil recovery changes little.
