摘  要:血管内导管,如中心静脉导管(CVC)、经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)、输液港导管(PORT)是临床治疗中不可或缺的医疗器械。由于导管功能的不同及临床血液环境的复杂性,在人体内留置的时间也不尽相同,其最长可达一年之久。因此,研究水合条件对血管内导管力学性能的影响,对指导企业生产及临床使用具有重要现实意义。文章重点对不同浸泡时间、浸泡介质下聚氨酯导管、硅橡胶导管的峰值拉力进行数据对比分析,结果表明:浸泡介质对血管内导管峰值拉力的影响不显著,浸泡时间对不同材料血管内导管峰值拉力的影响差异较大。与硅橡胶导管相比,浸泡时间对聚氨酯导管峰值拉力的影响较显著,在浸泡2 h~180 d时间段,随着浸泡时间的增长,聚氨酯导管的峰值拉力呈现减小的趋势。Intravascular catheters,such as central venous catheter(CVC),peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)and infusion port catheter(PORT),are indispensable medical devices in clinical treatment.Due to the different functions of the catheter and the complexity of the clinical blood environment,the time of indwelling the catheter in the human body is also different,and it can be as long as one year.Therefore,the study of the influence of hydration conditions on the mechanical properties of intravascular catheters has important practical significance for guiding the production of enterprises and clinical use.This paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the peak tensile force of polyurethane catheter and silicone rubber catheter under different soaking time and soaking medium.The results show that:The effect of soaking medium on the peak tensile force of intravascular catheter is not obvious,and the effect of soaking time on the peak tensile force of intravascular catheter of different materials is quite different.Compared with silicone rubber catheter,the influence of soaking time on the peak tensile force of polyurethane catheter is obvious.During the immersion period of 2 h~180 d,the peak tensile force of polyurethane catheter decreases with the increase of soaking time.
