二级反渗透法制备纯化水实践操作的参数研究

摘　　要：二级反渗透法制备纯化水是比较成熟的纯化水制备方法,但不同厂家的设备实际生产操作存在着很大不同,二级反渗透法对具体实际操作指导性不强。本文从实际出发,以实际现场操作为例,对二级反渗透法制备纯化水的原水流量、一级淡水流量、二级淡水流量、阻垢剂加入量、氢氧化钠的加入量、冲洗一级反渗透膜的时间、冲洗二级反渗透的冲洗时间等几种关键参数进行实验,得出最优的二级反渗透法制备纯化水实践操作经验参数,为实际操作生产提供范例。The preparation of purified water by secondary reverse osmosis is a relatively mature method for the preparation of purified water,but the actual production operation of equipment from different manufacturers is very different,and the secondary reverse osmosis method is not strong in guiding the specific actual operation.Based on the actual situation and taking the actual field operation as an example,this paper carries out experiments on several key parameters such as the raw water flow,the primary fresh water flow,the secondary fresh water flow,the amount of scale inhibitor,the amount of sodium hydroxide,the time for flushing the primary reverse osmosis membrane,and the flushing time for flushing the secondary reverse osmosis,and obtains the optimal practical operating experience parameters for the preparation of purified water by the secondary reverse osmosis method,provide examples for actual operation and production.
