摘 要:近年来,伴随我国海上稠油开采量的增加,开采难度逐年提高。为了满足海上油田普通稠油油藏开采的实际需求,基于物理化学和油藏工程等理论分析,对测试油样开展了微界面Y分散剂溶液药剂筛选,性能评价和浓度优化,借助岩心驱替等评价方法,进行了Y分散剂溶液驱油效率和驱油效果物理模拟研究,通过稠油降黏效果测定、乳化性能、界面张力和模拟驱油实验物理模拟四种实验方法进行研究。结果表明:(1)当“油、水”质量比低于7∶3和药剂质量浓度高于1000 mg/L时,乳状液黏度值较低,降黏率可以达到80%。(2)Y分散体系可以与原油混合并成为其中的成分,改变原油原有的结构,随着乳化次数的增加原油分散程度增加油滴粒径减小,形成更小的水包油状小油滴,易于脱水。(3)“注药剂+水驱”与空白水驱对照,前者较后者可以大幅度提高采收率。(4)原油黏度对水驱或调驱增油降水效果存在较大影响。随原油黏度增加,水驱或调驱增油降水效果变差。In recent years,with the increase of offshore heavy oil mining in China,the difficulty of mining has increased year by year.In order to meet the actual demand of ordinary heavy oil reservoir exploitation in offshore oilfield[1],based on the physical chemistry and reservoir engineering theory analysis,the liquid interface Y dispersion solution screening,performance evaluation and concentration optimization are tested,with core for the evaluation method,Y dispersion solution flooding efficiency and oil effect of physical simulation study,through the thick oil viscosity effect,emulsification performance,interface tension and simulation experiment four experimental methods are studied.The results show that:(1)when the"oil:water"ratio is lower than 7∶3 and the agent concentration is higher than 1000 mg/L,the viscosity value of emulsion is low,and the viscosity reduction rate can reach 80%.(2)Y dispersion system can be mixed with crude oil and become a component,changing the original structure of crude oil.With the increase of emulsification times,the degree of oil dispersion increases and the particle size of oil drops decreases,forming smaller water-coated oil droplets,which is easy to dehydration.(3)"injection+water flooding"and blank water flooding,the former can greatly improve the oil recovery compared with the latter.(4)Crude oil viscosity has a great influence on the effect of water flooding or oil increasing precipitation.With the increase of crude oil viscosity,the effect of water flooding or displacement and precipitation becomes worse.
