摘  要:概括介绍了固定床反应器的优缺点,指出传热和控温是固定床反应器正常运行的关键。以大型合成氨厂合成塔温度控制为例,深入分析了合成反应的特点和影响合成塔温度的主要因素,通过仿真模拟,对合成塔操作的温度异常进行了归纳和分析,总结了相应的调节和控制方法,对冷激式多段绝热固定床的温度控制具有很好的借鉴作用。The advantages and disadvantages of the fixed-bed reactor were introduced.It was pointed out that heat transfer and temperature control were the key to the normal operation of the fixed-bed reactor.Taking the temperature control of the tower in a large ammonia synthesis plant as an example,the characteristics of the synthesis reaction and the main factors affecting the temperature of the tower are analyzed in depth,the corresponding adjustment and control methods are summarized,which can be used for reference to the temperature control of the cold-stimulated multi-stage adiabatic fixed bed reactor.
