摘 要:浓缩机的智能化加药是智能化选煤厂煤泥水处理的核心环节之一。在影响煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的众多因素中找出关键因素为调控依据,是煤泥水智能化管理的基础。利用伊利石、高岭土和蒙脱石作为灰分矿物,与低灰精煤混配为实验用煤泥水,以上清液层浊度和沉降速度为指标,通过正交实验考察了固体物浓度、灰分矿物及其含量、凝聚剂种类及其用量和絮凝剂种类及其用量等七个因素对泥煤水絮凝沉降效果的影响。实验结果表明:在凝聚剂用量为50~600 mg/L、絮凝剂用量为5~60 mg/L范围内,凝聚剂用量是对煤泥水絮凝沉降影响最大的因素,黏土矿物含量和絮凝剂用量次之。煤泥水智能化加药应以上述因素为主要调控依据。In the intelligent construction of coal preparation plant,the intelligent control of slime water treatment is an important unit.Making clear the factors affecting the flocculation and sedimentation of slime water and determining the key factors are the important basis for the intelligent management of slime water.Therefore,the treatment of coal slurry is a very difficult and meaningful work for coal preparation plants.This paper mainly studies the influence of seven factors such as the concentration of slime water,clay mineral content,clay mineral type,ion dosage,ion type,flocculant type and flocculant dosage on the settlement of slime water.The main factors affecting the clarification effect were screened by two orthogonal experiments.The results showed that in the range of 50 mg/L to 600 mg/L and flocculant dosage from 5 mg/L to 60 mg/L,the main factors affecting the clarification effect of coal slurry were flocculant type,ion dosage,flocculant dosage and clay mineral content.
