摘 要:针对磷石膏的资源化利用,设计了以磷石膏废渣(PG)制备超微细硫酸钙晶须(PUCSW)及其表征和PUCSW吸附废水中磷的综合性实验。该实验以PG为原料,采用水热合成法制备了PUCSW,并运用XRD、FTIR、SEM和TG等分析测试技术对PUCSW进行了结构表征,采用紫外可见分光光度法,分析了PUCSW对废水中磷的吸附效果。本实验将教师科研有效融入实验教学,不仅能让环境工程专业学生了解和掌握水热合成制备方法,熟悉并掌握材料的分析表征和吸附性能测试技术,还可培养学生的综合素质,提升其实践能力,激发其对专业和科研的兴趣。Aiming at the resource utilization of Phosphogypsum,a comprehensive experiment was designed to prepare and characterize ultrafine calcium sulfate whiskers(PUCSW)from Phosphogypsum waste residue(PG),and adsorb phosphorus from wastewater with PUCSW.In this experiment,PUCSW was prepared from PG by hydrothermal synthesis,and its structure was characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM and TG.The adsorption effect of PUCSW on phosphorus in wastewater was analyzed by UV spectrophotometry.This experiment effectively integrates teachers'scientific research into experimental teaching,which not only enables students majoring in Environmental engineering to understand and master the preparation method of hydrothermal synthesis,be familiar with and master the analytical characterization and adsorption performance testing technology of materials,but also can cultivate students'comprehensive quality,improve their practical ability,and stimulate their interest in specialty and scientific research.
