摘 要:以铌液和氨水为原料,利用超快速混合微反应器进行反应,制备五氧化二铌粉体。研究了反应终点pH值、铌液浓度和煅烧温度对产物的影响。结果表明,采用超快速微混合反应器,通过反应条件的控制,可以得到分散性较好、粒径可控的五氧化二铌超细粉体,在煅烧温度为800℃时,制得的粉体粒径在82~243 nm,分散性较好。Nb 2O 5 powder was prepared by using ultrafast mixed microreactor,with fluoroniobic acid and ammonia water as raw materials.The effects of reaction end point pH,fluoroniobic acid concentration and calcination temperature on the products were studied.The results show that by controlling the reaction conditions,the ultrafine Nb 2O 5 powder with good dispersion and controllable particle size can be obtained by using the ultra-fast micro-mixing reactor.When the calcination temperature is 800℃,the obtained powder has good dispersion,and the particle size is between 82~243 nm.
