摘 要:铝热法冶炼钒铝合金过程中,熔炼炉炉衬将承受较强的合金熔液和高温熔渣的理化性能侵蚀和机械冲刷。介绍了一种铝热法制备钒铝合金炉衬打结工艺,将α-Al_(2)O_(3)配制成一种耐火涂层使用于炉衬内壁,使炉料与炉衬避免接触,保护炉衬、延迟炉衬使用寿命的同时也将大幅度提高钒铝合金品质。设计了石墨材质炉衬,打结镁砂材质炉衬,高铝砖炉衬,水冷铜坩埚炉衬4组试验,通过研究炉衬耗损率和钒铝合金中Fe、Si、C、O、N杂质含量,探讨了此工艺的可行性。通过实验及五洲矿业公司实践表明,该工艺有利于延长炉衬使用寿命,降低钒铝合金杂质的成效。In the process of smelting vanadium and aluminum alloy by thermite process,the smelting furnace lining will bear the physical and chemical properties of strong alloy melt and high temperature slag erosion and mechanical scouring.A knotting process of vanadium aluminum alloy furnace lining prepared by thermal-alumina method is introduced.A refractory coating prepared byα-Al_( 2)O _(3) is applied to the inner wall of furnace lining,which can avoid contact between furnace charge and furnace lining,protect the furnace lining,delay the service life of furnace lining,and greatly improve the quality of vanadium aluminum alloy furnace lining.Four experiments of graphite lining,knotted magnesia lining,high-alumina brick lining and water-cooled copper crucible lining were designed.The feasibility of this process was discussed by studying the loss rate of lining and the content of Fe,Si,C,O and N impurities in vanadium aluminum alloy.Experiments and our company's practice show that this process is beneficial to prolong the service life of furnace lining and reduce the effect of vanadium aluminum alloy impurities.
