摘  要:使用六羟甲基三聚氰胺(HMM)与甲醇进行反应,通过改变物料配比和反应条件,制备了5批次不同聚合程度的甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,并使用高效液相色谱、凝胶色谱、理化性质分析等方式进行表征。将制备的甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与白炭黑混料,分别作为黏合剂制备胶料,并考察不同聚合程度的甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂在黏合胶料配方中的应用效果差异。Five batches of methyletherized melamine formaldehyde resin with different polymerization degree were prepared by using hexahydroxymethyl melamine resin(HMM)to react with methanol and changing the material ratio and reaction conditions.High performance liquid chromatography,gel chromatography and physicochemical property analysis were used for characterization.The prepared methyl ether melamine formaldehyde resin and white carbon black were mixed as adhesives to prepare rubber compound.The difference of application effect of methyletherized melamine formaldehyde resin with different degree of polymerization in adhesive formulation was investigated.
